Well, you can’t accuse her of apathy.
This entry was posted on July 31, 2011 by awkward offstage. It was filed under soloists and was tagged with cello, compromising position, i am too sexy for this photo, she's got legs she knows how to use 'em.
I’d go to a lot more concerts if the cello players looked at dressed like that.

Reminds me of the famous time when Sir Thomas Beecham, irritated by the performance of a lady cellist whose efforts were not of the best. He announced, “Madam, you have between your legs an instrument that is capable of giving pleasure to thousands, and all you can do is scratch it”.

He really meant that?Well since me and so many more never heard her playing, there´s no possibility to apply one´s own judgement to that particular performance,so perhaps he was unfair?Only she (?)would know how she would measure up to her own ambitions?:o)
