If not a feather, perhaps was it an earthquake that knocked them over? A hurricane? Tornado?
And what are we supposed to think of that leg wrap-around? Gentlemen, care to explain?

I actually quite like this photo. Yes, the illusion is that they’re suspended in air. The one “standing” violinist is supporting the other violinist on his shoulders while the violist remains aloft due to his bow lightly touching the violin strings.
